Continuous Transformation Part 3

Mechanic101111In Plymouth, a few days later my friend, Cal, and the guy with the healed wrist nick named Springy (works with overhead sprinklers) and I just finished with our study of the gospel of John. About an hour later Cal came out to the bus with a man nick named Tinner (works with mechanical company). Cal had called an ambulance. Apparently Tinner was working on a cooling unit on a diesel generator that was running too hot. The engine broke a line and sprayed 200 +degree oil on his hand. Even with protective equipment on he was still burned.

Once again Cal gave me that look of should we pray? So we asked Tinner if we could pray for him while we waited. He, wincing in pain, said sure. We said a short but powerful prayer and this time Cal chipped in. He was getting used to praying and praying out loud. And bold I should say. The EMT’S got there but Tinner wasn’t complaining anymore. He said his hand felt warm still but not as painful. The paramedics took off the wrap and we all saw that his hand was a pinkish color but no burn!! Tinner blurted out,”What the “h” happened? ” I smiled and I said heaven happened not “h”.” Cal gave me the knuckle hit in agreement. The paramedics declared him ok and left. In short now Tinner has decided to attend our lunch bible study group…lol. Praise the Lord!!
