Due to the recent snow storm I was delayed at the airport. My first client of my international group was from Columbia. He was the only flight to make it on time and therefore the only person on my bus. He and I talked for a bit and I found out his brother and father were both in the drug business. Over the next half hour I shared the difference between an empire mentality (drug business) and the kingdom of God mentality. He said that he believed that God was showing him that he needed to be part of a team using these kingdom ways and break the habit of dealing with people he learned as a kid.
It was quite astonishing the understanding, acceptance and desire to change in this man in such a short time. When the rest of the people showed up, I brought them to their hotel. He shook my hand as he departed from the bus. I told Him Jesus loved him. He said he knew that but felt he was extra special because Jesus took the time and guided our steps at this exact time to change the way he thought about things and how to treat people. It was an awesome transformation to happen so quick. It made very happy that I got to help the Lord touch his life.
