We host an engage group in Burnsville and have recently been spending time each meeting praying for different levels of financial breakthrough for our families and our neighborhood. Recently, after specific prayer for his situation, one of our regular attendees received a new job that increased his pay by 40%.
At our last meeting, we had him pray that same favor over any person in our group that wanted to receive promotion in their jobs. Several people along with myself stood up and received his prayer. A week later, my boss came up to me and said, “Congratulations, you’ve just been promoted to Vice President.” This came as a complete shock. I was not expecting any type of promotion for at least another year. God never ceases to amaze me with his favor and kindness.
