I’ve been enjoying speaking out the good I see in people’s lives. At one of my frequent client’s workplace, I had a man approach me during a break time. He asked me if I was the guy who,”reads people?” and he seemed skeptical. He told me He was the vice president of operations. Never Too Old For Family
I was requested by my employer to revisit some previous clients that needed transport to Wal-Mart to shop. My only responsibility was to transport them but I had gone shopping with them, carried there items in and out and as a result they loved me. During the ride to shop I heard Doris give a sad account of not hearing from her family in years. I was greatly moved with compassion and empathy for her. Her friends tried to encourage her but she seemed to be deep in despair and lonely. So I decided she would be my shopping buddy that day. [Read more…]
Cabin Clarity!
We were at a friend’s lake home in Northern MN and a young man there had been drinking most of the day and was intoxicated. Later that evening I started asking him a few questions about his life and found he played guitar, so we asked him to play.
To make a long story short; He played his heart out and made up a song that ended up sounding like a Psalm. We could feel a tangible presence of the Lord, in the room. That night I had a dream and the Lord gave me a word to share with him and I was able to share with him that he is forgiven and loved. [Read more…]
Delivery Ministry & Miracle!
We had a delivery of a washing machine and when they walked in the two delivery guys said they immediately could tell that I was different then the last delivery at a really expensive house on the lake, because I invited them in and shook their hands and asked their names. We did small talk and I found out about them. The washer didn’t turn on for some reason and they started trouble shooting, I said that in our house when electronics don’t work we lay hands on them and pray. Newborn Prayer
While out with my family at Inver Grove Heights Days I noticed a mom carrying a very small baby wrapped in a hospital blanket. I commented that she looked brand new and she said yes 3 weeks. I began talking with her and found out that she had lupus which prevented her from nursing and resulted in the baby being born 2 months early and weighing less than 3 pounds! We chatted a bit and then I asked if I could pray over them and they were open to it. I’m trusting the Lord for health over all of them!

Chance Meeting & Prayer
Yesterday I met up for lunch with some old friends and when we were almost finished eating I saw a woman I used to work with walk by outside who I hadn’t seen in at least 2 years, so I quickly went to the window to tap on it and wave hello and invite her inside. She reacted with shock because she said just at that moment while she was walking by she was just thinking of me and how I loved to eat at this place!
She came and sat at our table and my friends had to go, but I stayed and she began to unload and I learned she and her husband were struggling in their marriage, their job and financial situation and their health. She asked me out of desperation if I knew of anything that would help because she felt hopeless. I asked if I could pray for her and we both started tearing up because we knew this was all the Holy Spirit’s doing to encourage her. I told her about Sozo ministry, which she’d never heard of and was eager to check out. Yay God!

Bank Prayer & Transformation
I work at a bank with strict policies on this but stepped out in faith and prayed with a client for her daughter who had just been admitted to the ward of a hospital with a serious mental illness. Her daughter would barely eat, shower and talk. She basically couldn’t function on her own. I called her the next day after our prayer to see if there was any change in her daughter’s state. Unfortunately, there was no change. Refusing to give up hope however, I invited the client to our next Engage group to receive healing and prayer. [Read more…]
Circling Back
It was a beautiful sunny afternoon, we were running to Target to pick up some chips and things to contribute to the afternoon picnic with friends. After gathering our items, there in the center of the median was a lady with dark glasses and a walking stick, holding a sign asking for help. We swooshed past and headed down the road.
As we arrived at the park, we dropped our teenager and her friend off, told them to go ahead and to tell our friends we would be back shortly. My husband read my mind and knew I wanted to go back and see if we could help the lady we had seen. We would get a couple of sandwiches and drinks – then take a moment to meet her. [Read more…]
House Miracles
I listed a house for a client last Thursday evening, and prepared to host an open house on Sunday. On Friday the homeowner called to tell me that her AC went out and according to her brother, who is in construction, the AC unit was completely shot and she would need a new unit. [Read more…]
