I listed a house for a client last Thursday evening, and prepared to host an open house on Sunday. On Friday the homeowner called to tell me that her AC went out and according to her brother, who is in construction, the AC unit was completely shot and she would need a new unit.
So a friend and I prayed for the AC to miraculously start working. The gal called on Saturday afternoon to say that they had fiddled with the air conditioner and guess what?! It started working! Also her doorbell had not been working for the past ten years and the day her house went up for sale the doorbell started working!
