I was at the MN Zoo with my girls playing in the water, and the Lord highlighted a mother and her son. I got the courage to go over to her and she actually started talking to me first. I told her that I really felt like God was proud of the mother she was and she was doing a great job. I asked her if there was anything I could pray for her about and she said she was getting married in two weeks and they were hoping to add to their family!
Not a complete big deal when most people want that when they get married~ however, to me this has become an area where I feel the Lord has given me authority, my second time in Haiti it was my prayer to be a mom and I had so many women ask me to pray for them for this same thing. When my prayer partner returned a year later she said many women came to her with new babies who had been prayed for. I also have a list of 5 friends who have been struggling or wanting to get pregnant and the last one on the list just announced she was pregnant! God is sooo good and it was so fun that she asked me to pray for that!
